MT Barker is the first chicken farm to ever be approved by Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to animals (RSPCA) Australia. With the healthy grown-up setting, chicken is free to roam and eat as much green grass and nutritious feed as they choose without any additional hormones or antibiotics, so a more deep and pleasant flavour is not much of a surprise.
